To ensure transparency and buyer protection, please read our strict guidelines for shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds.
A. Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Order Processing: All orders are verified and processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Delivery Timelines: Greater Accra Region: 2 to 4 business days. Other Regions in Ghana: 4 to 7 business days.
- Order Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking status update via their registered email/app once the order is dispatched from our Tema warehouse.
B. Return & Refund Policy
- Return Window: You have exactly 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for defective or incorrect items.
- Condition of Return: Items must be strictly unused, in their original packaging, and include the receipt. Perishable goods and software are non-refundable.
- Refund Processing (Crucial): Approved refunds will ONLY be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase (e.g., your card or MoMo wallet via Paystack). We do not provide cash refunds for online orders.
- Timeline: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or wallet after we have received and inspected the returned item.
